Description

Jachnun is a beloved Yemenite-Israeli dish traditionally served on Shabbat morning. My homemade Jachnun is made from a silky, hand-rolled dough enriched with just the right amount of “Samneh” (flavored purified butter), then slow-baked overnight to achieve its signature deep golden color, caramelized edges, and melt-in-your-mouth texture.
